Broker and local business owner Sandy Wise received his degree in real estate finance through the University of Alabama. Since graduating college, Sandy has spent the last 30+ years advancing his entrepreneurial spirit by diversifying in different types of business investments but centering on real estate.
Sandy, Owner of Consolidated Fence, also known has "that fence company on 181," has been a trusted staple in the Daphne Alabama community since 1994.
As managing partner, Sandy was involved with property management, and short term rentals in the Lofts on Bancroft located in downtown Fairhope and property investments through Houston Holdings of FLA, LLC. Through Wise Living Real Estate, Sandy still provides property management services to several of the units Owner's at the Lofts on Bancroft.
Sandy also has two storage companies, Barnwell Storage that offers a safe facility to store your Boat, RV's, and Trailers as well as Shop Units, climate controlled, and non-climate controlled storage units. The newest storage facility, Fairhope Storage is strictly an enclosed storage facility for anything you can fit into a 50' unit, which he is in the process of expanding due to the high demand in Baldwin County, Alabama.
In 2011, Laura Norton and Sandy Wise formed the Norton Wise Team at Coldwell Banker of Rheel Properties and with their high energy and deep rooted relationships in the community, they consistently earned a place among the top 10 Real Estate Teams in Baldwin County.
In 2018, the Norton Wise Team opened Wise Living Real Estate. Together they have over 20+ years of experience specializing in all areas of Real Estate from residential to commercial and everything in-between! As a business entrepreneur, Sandy is a great resource who can offer you a wealth of knowledge in real estate finance, development, and management for both Commercial and Residential.
Wise Living was opened with the purpose of supporting the HAW5 Foundation, which gives a generous percent of all proceeds back to our local community. The HAW5 Foundation was started in memory of Henry Alexander Wise V, Sandy's son.
